Refund policy

At The Saviors, we maintain a strict quality control process to ensure you receive the best streetwear. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return Policy

We follow a No Return Policy. Once a product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund based on a change of mind, "not liking" the product, or style preferences. We encourage you to review all product details and images before placing an order.

2. Size Exchange Only

We understand that fit is everything in streetwear. While we don't offer returns, we do offer Size Exchanges.

  • Exchanges are only applicable for the same product in a different size.

  • We do not allow exchanging one design for a completely different design.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or process a refund (as per Section 5).

3. Exchange Window (7 Days)

  • You must raise an exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Any requests made after the 7-day window will not be entertained.

  • Condition: The product must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect the community and the brand from fraudulent claims, an unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.

  • The video must be continuous and unedited (no cuts or pauses).

  • The video must clearly show the shipping label and the opening of the package.

  • If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, we will only process a replacement or refund if a valid unboxing video is provided. No video = No claim.

5. Refund Policy (Exceptions)

Refunds are only processed under specific circumstances (e.g., if a product is delivered damaged or the required exchange size is out of stock).

  • Method: If a refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: The refund will reflect in your account within 3-5 business days after it has been initiated from our end.

  • Note: For COD orders, you will be asked to provide bank details for a manual transfer; the ₹89 COD fee remains non-refundable.

6. How to Request an Exchange

If you need a different size, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@thesaviors.xyz

  2. Include your Order ID and the Unboxing Video.

  3. Specify the size you wish to receive in exchange.

  4. Once approved, our team will guide you through the pickup/shipping process.
