Shipping policy

Welcome to The Saviors. We are a streetwear brand committed to delivering high-quality drops to our community. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Prepaid Orders: All prepaid orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days.

  • COD Orders: Cash on Delivery orders may require an additional 24 hours for verification before dispatch.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location in India. You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email once your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.

  • Orders below ₹999: A standard ₹49 shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional convenience fee of ₹89 is applicable on all COD orders.

    • Note: This ₹89 COD fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. No Return & Refund Policy

At The Saviors, we follow a No Return / No Refund policy. Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned for a monetary refund. We encourage you to check our size chart thoroughly before placing an order.

4. Exchange Policy (Valid for 7 Days)

We want you to have the perfect fit. If you are not satisfied with the size or received a different product, you can request an exchange.

  • Timeline: Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact and in its original packaging.

  • Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team at info@weebtoon.in with your Order ID.

5. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both the brand and the customer from any fraudulent claims, an unboxing video is MANDATORY.

  • You must record a continuous, unedited video while opening the package for the first time.

  • The video must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the product.

  • No claims for missing items, wrong products, or physical damages will be entertained without a valid unboxing video.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are dispatched (whichever is earlier).

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Delivery Failures

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the package, any re-shipping attempts will be charged extra. For COD orders that are rejected at the doorstep, the customer may be restricted from using the COD facility for future drops.
